Sleepy

Tater Co

Hi! I’m the heart behind Sleepy Tater Co.—a mom of two (a busy 5-year-old and a sweet 7-month-old), wife since 2016, and animal lover with two dogs and eight chickens keeping life fun and a little chaotic. I truly understand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep struggles can feel—because I’ve lived it right alongside you.

I have a degree in Family & Child Development from Louisiana Tech University, along with a Master’s in Library Science with a focus in youth services. My passion has always centered around supporting children and families in ways that are both practical and nurturing.

After navigating sleep with my own little ones, I knew I wanted to help other families find rest without feeling lost or alone. I’ve completed sleep consultant training and continue to pursue ongoing education to stay up-to-date with the best, most supportive approaches for families.

Sleepy Tater Co. is a mom-run business built on real-life experience, education, and a genuine love for helping families thrive. I believe sleep shouldn’t feel like a luxury—it should feel achievable, supportive, and tailored to your child and your lifestyle.

Whether you're running on coffee and hope or just need a little guidance, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way 🤍

Rest

Rest, the Sleepy Tater way, isn’t about perfection—it’s about support.
At Sleepy Tater Co., we believe sleep shouldn’t feel like pressure, guilt, or strict rules. Rest means finding a rhythm that works for your baby and your family, without unrealistic expectations or one-size-fits-all methods.
